Licensed healthcare professionals and their practices: IV hydration and wellness clinics, med spas, dental offices, primary care and other licensed providers. We do not sell to patients or the general public. Prescription products ship only to licensed practices.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship from Raleigh, North Carolina. Shipping is free on orders over $250.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Contact your rep or info@omsemail.com to start a return. Temperature-controlled and prescription items may not be returnable once shipped.

How can I pay?

Credit and debit card at checkout, or by secure payment link sent by your rep. Terms may be available for established accounts; ask your rep.
