The Online Medical Store (“we”, “us”) operates theonlinemedicalstore.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We sell to licensed healthcare professionals and their practices; we do not knowingly collect information from patients or the general public.

What we collect

  • Account and order details: your name, practice name, licence details, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number and order history.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by our payment processors (EBizCharge and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Messages: emails, texts, calls and contact-form submissions between you and our team, so we can answer you and keep a record of your orders.
  • Site usage: standard web-server logs, cookies needed for the cart and checkout, and analytics about which pages are visited. See “Cookies” below.

How we use it

  • To process and ship orders, verify licences for prescription items, and provide customer service.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and invoices.
  • To tell existing customers about reorder timing, pricing and products relevant to their practice. You can opt out of marketing email or text at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing us.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including those that apply to the distribution of prescription products.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, our email, SMS and CRM providers, and our web host. They may only use your information to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose information when the law requires it, for example to licensing or regulatory authorities.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, our reps may text you about your orders and quotes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for the shopping cart, checkout and your account, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout will not work without the necessary ones.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep order and account records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal record-keeping requirements. Access to customer data is limited to the team members who need it, and the site is served over HTTPS.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details by logging in, or ask us to correct or delete information by emailing info@omsemail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are required to retain by law.

Children

The site is for licensed professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
