Who we ship to
The Online Medical Store sells to licensed healthcare professionals and their practices only. We do not ship to patients or the general public. Prescription (Rx) items are quoted by phone and ship only after we have confirmed the practice’s licence.
Shipping
- Orders ship from Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Shipping is free on orders over $250. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
- In-stock items normally leave our warehouse within one business day. Your rep will tell you if an item is on backorder before we charge you.
- Temperature-sensitive items ship on the days that avoid a weekend in transit.
- A 3.54% processing fee is added to web orders at checkout and is shown as a separate line in your cart.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
- Temperature-controlled and prescription items may not be returnable once shipped.
- To start a return, contact your rep or email info@omsemail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return and send instructions.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once the items are received and checked.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us within 2 business days of delivery and we will replace it or credit you. Photos of the packaging help us claim with the carrier.
